Nobelprize.orgThis site has information on nobel prizes awarded from both the 20th and 21st centuries, and includes who got the award, their biographies, their speeches, and interview. Since it is the official website of the Nobel Prize, it has all the info one could be looking for about it and who has received it and when. It is easy to navigate and is almost overwhelming in the amount of information one could access

infoplease.comThis site has a timeline that is very helpful. It is one of the few timelines I used to create my own. It has quite an expansive timeline of medical advancements that start at 460 BCE and ends at 2007, so it's helpful in repect oto both eras. It was rather basic, it could have included pictures or links to the events. The information is good, the appeal lacks.

library.duke.eduThis site also provides a timeline. This one is different because it lists them by each 10 year period, (ex: 1980s, 1990s.) While shorter in time-span, 1847-1997, it provides more events and in more detail than the other timeline I mentioned. However, this one could also be improved by pictures and links to the events. It was helpful for both eras.

enotes.comI used this site to gain more information about Emil Von Behring. It tells who he is, what he accomplished and how. It's easy to navigate and seems like a go-to website for any homework help considering it has tabs for literature, history, science, math and more. Having history as a tab, it's obviously helpful for learning about the past as well as the recent past. Again, it could include pictures but the site has enough eye appeal that you don't miss them.

rockefeller.eduThis site is excellent for biographies and awards. It goes into detail on what the award was and what the person accomplished that made him earn it. it includes when the person lived and died, and what reward(s) they received. It details scientists from both eras. If anything, more pictures would be a nice addition, but it has enough information that it's seen more-so as solely an informational source.

listverse.comThis site helped me when choosing who I thought were important people to the advances in medicine. It's where I found Joseph Murray and Joseph Lister. Conveniently enough, it was helpful to the study of each era for that reason. It provided a brief history of each character and what they did for the medical field, making it easier to pick which ones I would choose to learn more about. It was visually appealing and I wouldn't change it.

achievement.orgThis website details achievements made by leaders, scientists and more. In my case, it went into much detail about Sir Ian Wilmut, his biography, his contribute to science, photos, plus an interview with him that included video and text. The site in my opinion offers a numerous amount of information but it can get a bit tricky to navigate. It was helpful with information about the 21st century, but they could also have scientists from the 20th century. The colors are nice and it's organized to look aesthetically pleasing.

statehealth.newamerica.netThis site is full of statistics. You can choose the whole country or just a state, and find statistics on anything like life expectancy, heart disease, obesity, smoking, costs, and more. This site is simple in the fact that it is just an organized list of numbers, plus it has lots of visuals. Easy to navigate and attractive to look at.

eurostemcell.orgThis site is helpful in order to understand how embryonic stem cell therapy works. Stem cells are the 'blank canvas' cells, and can lend themselves to any type of cell in the body, which is why it's important in the making of medicines. It includes colorful cartoon diagrams to make it easy to understand. The site as a whole looks almost unfinished and unorganized so that could be changed. This site was most helpful in learning about the 21st century.

ehow.comI used this site to gain more information about who invented the MRI. It lent numerous amounts of info about the history, time frame, features and warnings. The site is colorful, organized, and easy to read. I used it to help me gain information on the turn of the 21st century.
